The Battle Begins for 2022 Midterm and 2024 Presidential Elections

MARCH 2022: The battle begins for the 2022 midterm and 2024 presidential elections in the United States. Both Democratic and Republican parties are taking aggressive actions.

The majority disapproves of the President of the United States

According to multiple polls and FiveThirtyEight, 52.9% of Americans disapprove of Joe Biden's (D) presidency, while 42% do. Some of the Democratic party leaders tell 'It is really hard to win the 2024 election if this situation continues, but Biden's first task is to end the war'.

Republican: Will Donald Trump run again for the 2024 election?

President Joe Biden said on Thursday he would be "very fortunate" if former President Donald Trump decides to run against him in the 2024 presidential election. Former President Donald Trump (R) would later say "We're going to get out in 2024 and we're going to send our favorite president - Trump, right back where he belongs, in the White House". He also made a new social media platform called 'Truth social' to compete with 'Twitter' and other social media companies.

Midterm election: Can the Democrats preserve the 'majority' in both the Senate and the House?

The #1 goal for the Democratic party is to win the 2022 midterm election fully. But, 71% of Republican voters say their vote for Congress is ‘against Biden’. The Democrats need to get more than 49 seats for the Senate and 218 seats for Congress. House speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) said "[The] President's party often loses in the midterms because of gains during the presidential election year..... Forget history; we're talking about the future."
