BREAKING NEWS - Second gentleman and Vice President Kamala Harris's husband Doug Emhoff tested POSITIVE for Covid on Tuesday, prompting Kamala Harris to skip an evening event "out of an abundance of caution," the vice president's office said. Vice President Harris was with President Joe Biden earlier in the day for a bill signing event. The White House said Biden tested negative on Sunday, his most recent test.
