Quick Forecast:

Tuesday: Increasing clouds, highs in the low to mid-90s, chance of scattered showers and storms.

Tuesday night: Decreasing clouds, lows in the mid-60 to around 70.

Wednesday: Sunny, highs in the mid-80s.

Detailed Forecast:

Tonight (Monday): Mostly clear skies tonight as lows drop into the muggy low to mid-70s. Winds will be out of the south at around 5 mph and we could possibly see some fog overnight and possibly into the morning. Confidence: Medium-High.

Tomorrow (Tuesday): Tuesday will be another scorcher with highs reaching the low to mid-90s and winds gusting out of the south as high as 20 mph. Very humid dew points (in the low 70s) could bring heat index values up to 105! Yikes. Fortunately, a cold front should be moving through to, hopefully, end the heat wave. This will bring in lots of clouds and give us chances for some scattered showers and storms, likely between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Some of these storms could bring damaging winds and flash flooding with them. Confidence: Medium-High.

Tomorrow night: Any storms, along with clouds, should exit the area overnight, letting lows fall into the mid-60s to around 70. Winds will shift to the west and blow at around 5 mph. Confidence: Medium-High.

Wednesday: Dew points will be dropping throughout the day after the cold front comes, leaving sunny highs in the mid-80s as northwestern winds gust out of the northwest at around 20 mph. Confidence: Medium-High.

Wednesday night: Clear skies with lows in the low to mid-60s and northwestern winds at around 5 mph. Confidence: Medium-High.

Thursday: Pretty much identical to Wednesday with highs in the mid-80s and low humidity. Northwestern winds calm down slightly to 5-10 mph under sunny skies. Confidence: Medium-High.

Thursday night: Lows fall back to the low to mid-60s under clear skies as winds come out of the north at around 5 mph. Confidence: Medium-High.
