Detailed forecast:

Through tonight (Wednesday): Scattered thunderstorms and showers will be in the area until early dawn tomorrow (Thursday), but they will mainly occur during the late evening and overnight. Multiple rounds of showers and storms are possible, with general total rainfall amounts between a half and three-quarters of an inch. In storms with heavier rain, expect rainfall amounts up to 2 inches. Lows fall into the upper-60s to the lower-70s under mostly cloudy skies and southeastern winds at 5-10 mph. Tomorrow (Thursday): Clouds and maybe a shower or thunderstorm could linger into the morning, but otherwise skies should start to clear and dew points should drop into the 50s as highs hit around 80 to the mid-80s. Winds will pick as well, and gust as high as 30-35 mph. Confidence: Medium-High.

Friday night: Mostly cloudy skies with showers possible in the evening into overnight. Lows should fall to around 60 to the low-60s with northern winds at 5-10 mph. Confidence: Medium.


Saturday: Steady-rain periods are possible for Saturday, especially in the morning. Rain could let up a little by the afternoon, but showers and thunderstorms will still remain possible.
