Overview: Another hot one tomorrow (Wednesday) with highs in the 90s. Thursday will likely bring showers and storms leaving a cooler Friday.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, Highs in the low to mid-90s, slight chance for an afternoon shower or storm.

Wednesday night: Partly cloudy, lows in the upper-60s to the low-70s.

Thursday: Increasing clouds, highs in the 80s, afternoon-evening storms and showers are likely, with some being strong to severe.

Through tonight (Tuesday): Overnight lows drop between the upper-60s and the low-70s with partly cloudy skies and winds from the west at around 5 mph. Confidence: High.


Tomorrow (Wednesday): It's yet another scorcher to kick off meteorological summer, with highs in the low to mid-90s and dew points in the mid to upper-60s bringing moderate humidity. There will be a slight chance for a shower or storm in the afternoon, but otherwise, skies will be mostly sunny with western winds at around 5 mph. Confidence: Medium-High.


Tomorrow night: Overnight lows fall into the upper-60s to the lower-70s again under partly cloudy skies and a slight chance for a shower or storm earlier in the night. Winds should be light out of the northwest. Confidence: Medium-High.


Thursday: A powerful cold front is expected to bring showers and storms during the afternoon and evening. Some of which could be strong to severe. The main threats with these storms are mainly damaging winds and possibly isolated hail. Highs may manage to make it into the low to mid-80s ahead of the front, with upper-80s not out of the question as well. Clouds are expected to increase as the day wears on with winds at around 5 mph. Thursday night: Chances for lingering showers and storms overnight as lows drop to around the low-60s. The skies will be mostly cloudy with northwestern winds picking up and gusting as high as 25 mph by early Friday. Confidence: Medium.


Friday: Lingering early storms or showers are possible, but clouds should start to clear out to become mostly sunny by the afternoon. It will probably be the nicest day this week with highs in the upper-70s to the low-80s with northwestern winds possibly gusting as high as 25 mph. Confidence: Medium.
