Overview: Storms and showers are likely tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon into overnight, bringing chances for flash flooding.

Through tonight (Tuesday): Scattered showers will continue into the early overnight, with a rumble or two of thunder possible. Total rain amounts should be under a tenth of an inch, with higher amounts in thunderstorms. Lows should drop to the mid to upper-60s as skies become partly cloudy overnight with winds from the southwest at around 5 mph. Dew points will be fairly close to the low (low to mid-60s), which will give us a chance for some patches of fog in the early morning. Confidence: Medium-High.

Tomorrow (Wednesday): Skies are mainly partly sunny with moderate humidity (dew points in the mid-60s) as highs reach the mid to upper-80s and light winds. Scattered storms and showers could pop up in the area as early as the afternoon. The main threats for these storms could some flash flooding and maybe damaging winds. Confidence: Medium-High.


Tomorrow night: Scattered showers and storms will carry on overnight, dropping a total amount of rain between half and three quarters of an inch. Locally heavy downpours could cause some flash flooding, so keep an eye out. Overnight lows are in the mid-60s to around 70 under mostly cloudy skies with southeastern winds at around 5 mph. Thursday: A few early lingering showers are possible, but otherwise cloud cover should begin to decrease to let highs get into the low to mid-80s with lower humidity (dew points in the lower-50s). Northwestern winds will be a bit breezy and gust at 25-30 mph. Confidence: Medium.


Thursday night: Mostly clear skies with lows falling in the upper-50s to the low-60s and northwestern winds at around 5 mph. Confidence: Medium.


Friday: Skies should be mostly sunny with highs reaching the low-80s and a little more humid (dew points around 60). Winds should come out of the west at 5-10 mph. Confidence: Medium.


Friday night: Mostly cloudy skies return ahead of our next storm system along with showers and rain chances arriving later in the night. Lows fall to the low to mid-60s with northern winds at 5-10 mph. Confidence: Medium.
