The long-anticipated March Madness returns and with it a lot of entertaining games. We will talk about all the games below the picture
Gonzaga vs Georgia State: To be honest it was obvious Georgia State was not going to win even though they made it close in the 1st half. Gonzaga is just the better team and beat them 93-72
Boise St vs Memphis: Memphis player DeAndre Williams did a really good job leading the Tigers to a 64-53 win.
Uconn vs New Mexico St: Another upset. New Mexico started out with a strong 10 point lead at the end of the half but in the second half, Uconn came back from the dead for a little bit. In the final few seconds, New Mexico State shot a 2 pointer and got fouled confirming the win for New Mexico. The final score was 70-63
Arkansas vs Vermont: Vermont had a small lead in the first half but that did not matter because Arkansas came back to win it 75-71
Baylor vs Norfolk st: No surprise Baylor is one of the best teams in the state the final score was Baylor 85 Norfolk 49
North Carolina vs Marquette: Ok Marquette did not even stand a chance
Saint marys vs Indiana: Saint marys destroyed Indiana 82-53
UCLA vs Akron: Even though it was a close game with Akron having small leads after small leads UCLA came out on top 57-53
Murray St vs San Fransisco: It was a close game that went into tight overtime but murry state came out on top 92-87
Kentucky vs Saint Peters: Well there goes my bracket! The 15th seed Saint Peters upsets the number 2 Kentucky in overtime! Nobody thought this could happen but it did. In the 2nd half with under 22 seconds left in the game, Doug Ebert made a two-pointer that sent them into Overtime which Led to Saint Peters's victory 85-79
Colorado St vs Michigan: Michigan upsets the Colorado State Rams 75-63. Some of their star players stepped in to defeat the Rams and move onto the next round.
Tennessee vs Longwood: Well Longwood made it to their first tournament appearance and it wasn't pretty. Longwood got decimated by Tennessee 88-56.
Kansas vs Texas Southern: I mean it was clear before the game even started that Kansas would win and well they did 83-56
San Diego St vs Crieghton: The Creighton Blue Jays come back from the dead and come back to beat the Aztecs! In the first half, it looked lit it was over before it started but after a while, Creighton snapped out of it and came back until their star player got injured in overtime but that must have gotten them momentum because Creighton defeated San Diego st 72-69
Iowa vs Richmond: Richmond as 12th seed upsets Iowa. Iowa attempted a 3 pointer and missed it but he got fouled and the refs do not see it! giving Richmond the 67-63 victory over Iowa.
Providence vs S. Dakota st: Providence did a good job on offense and defense giving them the win and moving on to the next round. The score was 66-57
